Dear Sir, First of all, I would like to thank you for arranging such a knowledgeable French language training course for all the staff members because it helps employees to understand the customers from various nations also it is important to customer care workers to speak and understand different languages. In order to provide better services in the future, some of the team members included me want to learn a few more Asian languages because most of the over clients are from Asia these days. So, this is the main reason we request more training courses. It would be beneficial if you could arrange these courses on summer break which will start from June 6 to June 12 because most of the employees will be free from their work that week.
