Dear Sir, I am a resident of Townhouse Cresent, I have been living here since 5 years, yestarday I read a local newspaper that you are planning to build a shopping mall near to my home. I am very glad to have a shopping mall near my home, because people living in this area usually travel 50 km to buy basic needs. If this plan approves, It is convenient for residents for shopping and as well buying groceries. This will also increase demand for housing in the future. I would like to know more information about the plan and how big the centre is going to be, what services and how many shops does it accomodates and also when the construction is going to start?
