Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter regarding building of a shopping center near my home. I came across this plan when I was reading newspaper yesterday. The news was rather a surprise to me because I have been living in this area for past 6 years now and this area has always been quiet and less crowded. I think a construction like this will create a lot of problems for the people living in this area. I have spoken to quite a few number of people in this area and the majority of them are not happy with it. I request you to kindly provide more information like the date of its completion and the size of the building and also hope that there wont be much disturbance when the work starts.
