I am writing this letter to complain about the facilities that your agency has provided. I recently travelled for a weekly holiday from June 1 to June 7 on a cruise booked through your agent. I was shocked by the quality of the food served. The poor standard services were rendered by the staff of the cruise. While making my booking I mentioned my requirements of opulence facilities but in fact, no attention was paid to it. When I reached there, I found out that the cruise was not a deluxe one. Though I demanded a separate restroom, yet, I had to share it with other tourists which were unacceptable. The cabin was shown in your advertisement not up to the mark. Overall, the experience I got was quite disappointing. I feel I am entitled to a full refund and a written apology for the misinformation contained in your advertisement.
