Dear Mr John, I hope this letter finds you well, I would like to inform you that the all day meeting of our company held at your hotel went really well and all the attendants are quite pleased with the time spent at the place. the member of the meeting team felt happy spending during meeting since the conference room provided in the hotel was comfortable and the everything was up to the mark from lighting, to the furniture, they even did not feel any issues while presenting their presentation through projectors because equipment and connections were found up to the mark. However, the team had concerns with the taste and quality of food provided by the hotel, specially the starters were found stale and smelly, and the chicken served in lunch was not properly cooked, the appetite of the team was not fully satisfied from the provided food. As a review i recommend you that kindly add freshly prepared items in the starters, it may include any drink as well to give a refreshing feeling during exhausted meetings, also please have a random check, if the food is properly cooked or not, before dishing out the main course as it gives a bad impression on customers. Although my team spent a quality time spend at your hotel, and we we are thankful for the quality of services from your side. Kindly, note down the above points for some imporvements in future.
