I am writing with regards to provide you with the views of our company's members in our recent meeting which organized in your hotel.
Firstly, I would like to inform you about the ambience of your hotel which had left a good impact on us. They are deeply in love with the standards and qualities set for your guest. The artworks inside the hotel have won our heart.
However, I am afraid to say that they showed dissatisfaction about the quality of the meal provided. Most of the food has major quality concerns. Many of our member's complaint that the food is not properly cooked. They found raw meats inside the "Chowman rice". Furthermore, the service provided by your waiters is not satisfactory. We had waited long to received our meals at the dining table.
On the contrary, I would like to suggest to you some beneficial advice which may lead your hotel to supreme quality. The topmost priority is the training of your staff to deliver the meal on time so, the customer does not need to wait for long. The other thing which could help you is to increase the staff on the cheif side so more food can be prepared in a short period of time with high-class taste.
