Dear Mr. Verma, I am writing this letter to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the renovation work, which has done by your team at my house. As you know very well, my family is going to join me in this house from next month and this was a major reason for renovation of house. I regret to say, but our work did not meet with my expectation on account of some major aspects. First and foremost, the leakage problem of roof near the main bedroom and study room is still there which make conditions worse during the rainy season. Second, the tiles and marvel which is used to make floor is very slippery, which can lead to any serious accident at any time. Moreover, taps in bathroom keep leak all time because of this wastage of water took place. I strong assert that all these problems should be addressed at the earliest so that I can started to reside with my family without any such trouble. I am wating for your early and favourable reply.
