Dear Mr Sanjeev, I am writing this regarding my decision to leave the company at the end of July. I have decided this because in my current company I am not getting as much as opportunities to show case my skills as I thought, moreover in some cases I even feel that my Team lead demotivate me while interacting with clients. That's why I decided to leave this company and switch to new opportunites. This has been a difficult decision because I have learnt alot from you and other team members. You have support me in evry possible way may be it doing Reconcilation or other Month enf activities. Even some time I feel like a home with my teammates.
