Dear sir, I am writing this letter refers to your letter regarding charges levied on me for over withdrawn of amount from my saving bank account. I received a letter yesterday in which it was written that I have been charged $70 for the overdrawn amount of $240, however, that information was not true. I have been your regular customer for almost 5 years. I deposit every month small part of my savings after spending the amount on my requirements from my salary.
