I am writing to inform you that I am going to postpone my travel which I had booked for May 05 from Dubai to Singapore.
I purchased a ticket from your airline of non-stop flight number ABC230 for May 05 at 6 AM from Dubai to Singapore. I am unable to travel as per booked schedule because my father is admitted in the hospital yesterday. He is a heart patient and yesterday he was facing problem to take breath in sufficient way. I have to give company to him and as per doctor's advice I must take care of him. It will take 4 to 5 days to discharge from the hospital. Therefore, I decided to postpone my travel until my father's health is not being well.
I booked two way ticket because I had to plan return back within 7 days after attending two meetings with the clients. As per my current situation I would like to cancel my tickets. I also request to you to refund my ticket price as per airline's rules and regulations. I will re-book my ticket ones I will re-schedule my client's meetings.
I would be grateful if you could settle my refund at your earliest.
