Dear sir/madam,
My name is Mandeep Kaur and I am writing to you regarding a Lenovo laptop computer that I bought from your departmental store on 55th street, Red Deer on the 5th September.
The laptop seemed work properly at your store. However, upon returning home, it become clear the keypad is not functioning properly and also, the scratch on the screen.
I therefore, returned to the shop on the following day, on the 6th September, and spoke the shopkeeper about the issue. He said, he will be view the problem and repair the laptop and get back to me in few days.
However, it has now been over a weak and when I concern to the shop, he said that it is not fixed now it will take some more time. and they do not know how long it will be.
As I am sure you will understand, it is now acceptable to be waiting for such a long time. I would request that I be given a full refund should I not received the repaired laptop within a week.
