Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing this letter because, I recently bought an oven for my kitchen from your reputed store but it is malfunctioning. Firstly, my name is Dilip kalal resident at Vijay Cross Road society. I am a regular customer of your store since four years. After taking it to home I found that it is defective and it makes loud noise with bad smell of burning. Secondly, I have tried to call the shop many times and they promised to me call back again or you will hear from us in between 24 Hours. Every time whenever I spoke to the shop, there is always new person at another side and I have to tell him whole story of faulty equipment and again I have to hear same commitment. After many follow-up from my side I have decided to discuss this issue with you. Furthermore, I am requesting you to look in my case and please take appropriate action to get it fixed. Please arrange a visit by electric engineer or your technician with spare parts and other necessary fittings for fixing it. Moreover if possible, you are requested to give me replacement or refund if your technician found it not repairable.
