Dear Sir, I am writing to let you know that recently, i have seen a pattern where new joinees often resign from our organization too soon. I have been working from many years in our company and these trends inclining as the year pasts. Let me explain you the situation there are two causes for this behaviour. First and foremost we are hiring overqualified candidates for lower level management roles where employees are not satisfied with the job even though pay is good. on the other hand, notice period which use to be three months is reduced by one month creating oppourtunities for employee to leave start up too early. Would you kindly take the nceccessary steps in order to retain the talent. I will suggest to hire solely on basis of qualification and talent inspite of having post graduate we can provide the oppourtunity to undergraduate students. Also there should be lucrative benefits in these career choices as, current generation do not enjoy monotonous work. Thank you for your consideration. Your faithfully Priyanka
