Dear Sir / Madam, I am writing this letter to complain about the camera which I bought Saturday last week from your company. My name Muhammed and I am regular customer for your company. I am living in Dubai and purchasing your products for last 10 years. I bought your new camera model # Ks40485 pro for my sister which was supposed to be her birthday gift which we celebrated this Saturday. But since I bring this camera home it was not working at all although the sales person at the store was claiming it one of the best camera ever. Instantly, I called your customer service and they asked me to return it for checking purposes and it’s been one week now and I didn’t hear anything from your company. It’s highly disappointing from a company which is operating for last 40 years. I am your regular customer and never faced problem before but this time, not only your product displeased me, but your after-sale service did as well.
