The line chart depicts the number of inquiries made to the tourist information office by three different communication medium in 2001 between months January and June. From the cursory glance, it can be seen that by using in person communication from January 2001 to June 2001 inquiries had upward trend. As it can be observed from the graph that in January 2001 in person communication the number of enquiries made to the tourist office were at 400 then it increased steadily still March 2001, over 800 inquiries respectively. While from April 2001 to June 2001 the inquiries were fluctuated in same category and it reached at high of 1200 enquiries in June 2001. By telephone the number of inquiries begin at 800 inquiries in January 2001 whereas it fluctuated through out the period of 4 months and than sharply increase from 800 enquiries to approximately 1100 inquiries in June 2001, which was it pick point. Moreover, to start with 600 inquiries by email or letter in January 2001 likewise he number of enquiries stood stable till March 2001. Than it decreased gradually still June 2001 and reached it dripped point with 200 inquiries. Overall, it can be seen that both the communication channel in person and by telephone were at it pick point in June 2001.
