Dear Sir, My name is Dhaval Patel and I have been invited for an interview on Monday 11th May 2020 for the admission in post-graduation in Organic Chemistry department. I am writing this letter to inform about my unavailability and finding possible re-schedule during the same week. First of all thank you very much for considering my application for the post-graduation study. Let me explain my position for my unavailability. I have joined a private chemical company as chemist in research and development department. I have been assigned a new project for a new method for developing para- chloroanile ( an aromatic compound used in manufacturing dye, drugs and pigments). Our German based client is visiting on same day and my present is unavailable in order to explain process and demonstration. Hence I cannot attend this interview on Monday 6th May. Kindly accept my apology. May I ask you to reschedule the interview during evening hours on same day or on next day? I also would like to know, how long will it take to complete the interview?
