Dear Mr. Manager, I am John Smith one of your clients in previous weekend. I am writing this letter to give information about the bad which I had during my checkout. At last weekend, I stayed in Limpopo Hotel in the room number 303 the suit room. I was there for my weekend with my family members. I along with my wife and two kids were stayed at there for almost five days that is from Monday to Friday. All the hotel service and staffs were so helpful and co-operative.
