Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about the defective furniture that was delivered to my home by your company.
I had bought two items, the six-piece dining table and a study table from your Ikea store located in the Toronto region. My order number is 178432 and I had ordered it on March 25. I had received the delivery yesterday in multiple pieces that need to be assembled. But unfortunately, when I started opening the boxes one by one, I found that one of the drawers of the study table was defective. It was badly scratched and seems like a used one. Moreover, there is also a hole at the corner of the table.
I am disappointed with this issue and cannot accept the study table in this state. Hence, I want a replacement for this item before this weekend if possible. For your reference, I have attached a copy of my purchase bill.
