I was profoundly excited to visit you but. due to unavoidable circumstance has arisen which cannot be neglected. Let me explain you my situation, actually I have an schedule appointment with the dentist on the same morning from 10am to of time. Is it possible to come to the interview either on a same day but in afternoon? Or can we schedule it in on another day or a day after. It would be much helpful if you could let me know that regarding interview. Firstly, How long will the interview last and weather will be required to do any test during it. Once again I apologize of the not being able to make it the interview at the time that you wanted and I hope I will be able to meet you any other time. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
