Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to draw your kind attention towards the issues the residents of Kaushambi facing nowadays. The charted buses which are running from Edm mall to Vaishali during morning hours are not safe for the citizens. last week, me and my 5 years old daughter were going to hospital for routine checkup and we were waiting for bus to arrive at bus station after waiting for 30 minutes no bus arrived, though frequency of bus is every 5 minutes although, it did not came. After waiting for an hour one bus came but, the driver did not stopped at the bus station which leads us into problem. This is not only once these types of incidents happened several times. Even the conductor do not keep right type of currency they never gives back change. I request the concerened authority to keep a check at regular interval and keep assurance that conductor should return change and if possible make facility of ticket online.
