Dear Mr John, I am enrolled in evening course offered by you for advance computer programming. I am writing this letter to inform you that as much as I wanted to continue the course, I won't be able to do so. I've enjoyed the course thoroughly and the course has also helped me in building a foundation in programming on the contrary recently I was offered to lead a bigger project in my company and I will have to spend some extra working hours to make sure that I am on top of the project. Not only this new project is exciting on the contrary this will also help me grow professionally as I am getting a chance to lead a team now. I hope you understand my concerns. Since we are in just middle of the course and I would not ask for a refund as that will not be beneficial for you, would it be possible for you to adjust the remaining hours so that I will be able to continue the course once I get some time for it.
