Dear Manager, I am writing this letter to request the return of 2 extremely essential things, which I missed taking with me, while checking out from your hotel. I am Alia Bhatt and I stayed in Room 402, Heritage Suite, during 24/03/2021 to 25/03/2021. I have been visiting your hotel, as and when I am in Jaipur for my meetings. This time I had came there for a short period and I was in bit hurry, as I had to catch a flight back to my hometown. Due to this rush, I missed two of my important items in the room itself. First item is a small shoulder bag, which might be present in table besides the bed. It has my passport and driving license, if misplaced will cause me a big trouble. Apart from this, I also left a bag in the safe, which consists of very critical business documents that I need to present in meeting with clients after 2 days. Those documents are very vital for the meeting with customers. It would be of great help, if you can courier these items to below mentioned address: 14, Nagarjuna Society, Ahmedabad. I will also transfer the amount of courier expense online. You can reach out to me at 0000555522 once you find the items.
