Dear Colleagues,
I am writing this to letter to express my suggestions towards the annual function which is going to be organised forth month. I had brain storm with few other managers and we decided on the possible solutions to organise annual fare which are given below.
I have made possible three ideas, among which one idea is to organise event in our office auditorium, second is hiring a banquet hall and final idea is to book a hotel.
The above each solutions has their own merits and demerits. As organizing annual event in office auditorium may save us money but it is not spacious enough to fit everyone from all departments of office hence we need to drop this idea. Booking a hotel is a good option but it probably exceeds our budget hence in my opinion arranging event in a banquet hall is more efficient then any other option as we are getting corporate discount in nearby banquet hall which is minutes away from office. This option will help us save time and money and even cattering at this banquet hall is delicious as what I heard from other colleagues.
Although, we decided to go for a banquet hall but I like to hear any other suggestions from you all. Please feel free to reach out to me with your valuable opinions.
