Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to inform you about a space in my apartment. It is a 2-bedroom apartment, which has 2 washrooms, kitchen and a dining room. It is located at the Kingknoll drive which is 5 min from the college and situated on a very clean and safe street. It has two grocery stores nearby and many food joints such as mc Donald’s, KFC, Burger king etc. I am living with my friend, but she has been offered a job in some other province, so she is moving out next month. My apartment would be available from the month of April. I prefer living with a female student as I would be more comfortable. I am working of some of my very important projects so I would like a quiet environment. There are no special conditions from my side its just that I prefer less noise environment and clean surroundings. The rent would be $2000 including all the utilities. I would request you to refer someone and please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience. Yours faithfully Hargun
