Dear John, I am writing to discuss to you a problem that is bothering me these past few months. I’ve noticed that every week, you have a visitor in your unit. This is clearly a violation the rules and regulation of our dormitory. It would just be fine if you are not making any noise, but, weekly, I cannot sleep due to the loud noise coming from your room.
