Answer Dear Mr. Khan, I am Ms. Riffat Shaheen and I have been using your bus services for the last 2 year and today I am writing this letter in connection to a problem which I faced while transportation in your bus which is badly affecting the quality of service and our expectation. The last Sunday, 27th February I used your bus service "COMPORT" which provides the services in my area and for the last two weeks I observed some strange people on the bus. when I reached my area I went to the pharmacy to buy some medicines for my mother after comedown from the bus. at the time of payment, I found my bag's zip was opened and somebody stole 2 thousand rupees as well. I am earning for my family and I took membership of your bus service to save my money and to get secure travel service. This amount was worthy for me as I need to cover reaming days of this month. I have my sincere advice to you please install some ore security system such as camera and bus ID cards because after issuing the ID card you will have the details of your passenger and later it will be easy to investigate if any bed situation would happen.
