Dear Mr. Shah, I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not be able to continue with the evening batch from 8: 00 pm to 10: 00 pm that I have joined with your classes for my English improvement. The reason behind it is that I am having full time job with a Chartered Accountantancy firm, and that require my presence there from morning 10: 00 to evening 7: 00. However due to season basis work, my boss have requested me to work a bit overtime due to workload. The timing that I choose previously for English improvement course was suitable then, but now due to overtime I am unable to continue with that. This additional work requiree me to be available at office from 10: 00 am to 9: 00 pm. So, I hereby inform you about discontinuance of my class presently. Probably after being relieved from present situation at work, I would surely restart with my course as and when possible. Yours sincerely, Komal Otwani.
