Dear Mrs Das, I am Nikhil Otwani, a student in the evening batch of Programming class in the academy with seat No 123456 for last 2 months since Jan 2021. I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I would be not be able to continue for this class for the further sessions due to lack of time availibility; being working full time as assistant manager in XYZ Bank. I had joined the program with a view to enrich my professional capabilities with programming skills so as to benefit in the long run for my carrer. With the job timings, being 9 hours till 7 pm on daily basis, I had enrolled for the programming class of 7. 30 to 8. 30 pm batch. However due to heavy work load, there is stretch in working hours lately and I am not able to attend to the class. Thus, I would request you to cancel my registeration from this batch and request your goodself to maintain a credit of fees paid against my name, as I would want to continue this class after few days with flexible hours and change in timings to morning batches which i feel would be possible to attend with change in daily schedule and start of my day early morning, attending class and later join office for working hours. Hope you would understand my situation and request for cancellation of registeration at the existing class. Would await a positive reply from your end. Thanking You, XYZ
