Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to report the loss of a valuable personal item on one of your trains. The item was a small black leather wallet with a brand name "Mango" embossed on the front. Inside of it was a library card, credit card, student identification card, and a driver's license - all in my name. There was also a little cash in it. The amount is around $20. I must have lost the item between 04: 30 PM and 05: 00 PM while travelling northbound on the LRT Line 1 last March 21, 2021. If I remember it correctly, I was on the second car sitting near the front. Could you please let me know if a wallet with this description has been found? I would be grateful if you contact me at 0999-999-000 when the item is found. If you have it, please keep it in a safe place and I will make arrangements to collect it at your earliest convenience.
