Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to inform you that I will not be able to attend the evening course from monday onwards. I am working in a company and they have given me a promotion to be a manager in the Hr department. However, it comes along with a clause that i should be working as a full time employee. This job has been my dream and I have been working all the way long to acheive this level. I took up this course so that it could be additional benefit for me to reach this heights. This was an unexpected promotion that I have received in such short time in my department and I am the youngest person to acheive it in this short time. I request you to give me some additional information, whether I could change my course to the weekend and complete it.
