Dear Sir, I am writing to inform you about my discontinuation of the evening course this month. Initially, I thought, I will manage my full-time job along with this course simultaneously however, I am now finding it difficult to carry on. My employer enrolled my name for regulatory training this month, which will take additional time besides normal working hours. This training is mandatory as per industry standards of employment. Although I was attempting to participate in the next batch, in order to continue my evening course, it is not possible because this training needs to be completed earliest. Since job is the primary source of income for me to survive, I must prioritize job responsibilities. Due to the enforcement of my employment standard, I could not postpone this training. I apologize for my absence in the evening class going further. I request you to kindly consider my situation and allow me to continue my missed classes in the next batch.
