dear sir or madamI am writing this letter to let you know that I unfortunately I was unable to honour our appointment however the reason I could not attend our meeting was my unexpected accident. Since it happened also suddenly I had no way to inform you. Let me explain my situation on the day of our meeting which was 10th of March I left my house in a hurry since I was running late. Just as I reached a cross road near by my house somebody sideswipe me. I could not remember much of it except folks steering me to the hospital lobby. Ever since I have woken up I have been trying to get in touch with you through various ways I called you messaged you even sent in email to you however since you did not respond I am writing this letter to you with the hope that you revert. Would you kindly reschedule appointment. Sure you will not be disappointed. As of now I am perfectly capable to travel I will meet you at a time and place of your choosing.
