I writing this letter to report an accident to happen to be the last week dated 22 July 2021 on Friday at 6 pm before all management staff leaving the office. As I was leaving the office, I fell down into the drainage located near the main entrance. Half of my body into the drainage and its real depth. Luckily, no water that time because of the dry season, and my jeans were damaged beyond repair. I believe that this accident was caused by problems with open design systems adopted for that drainage. The drainage's very depth and the location of drainage also cause an accident because it was quite unnoticeable, especially on the night day, it dangerous for those who work night shifts. I feel the drainage needs to put a proper maintenance cover if this type of accident is to be avoided in the future. I am writing to draw your attention to this matter. I would also like to company to pay for the medical treatment which cost me 200 dollars. I look forward to hearing from you.
