Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Riba Jacob. My family and I visited your restaurant on Sunday for lunch. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the poor quality of food and services. First of all, the waiter brought the food late to the table. The vegetables were overcooked, and the curries were too oily and spicy. The deserts were also stale. I told him to take the food back and bring the properly cooked food. But he refused to do that. Moreover, the waiter had spilled the bowl of curry on my sister’s lap and did not apologize for his mistake. I am disappointed to see the inconsiderate behavior of your staff. I would be grateful if you look into this matter, and refund the bill amount. Also, provide a written apology for your staff’s inappropriate behavior with my family.
