Dear Mr. Elmer, I hope that my letter finds you in good health and spirit. I am writing to ask your permission to shift two courses to the next semester as I am facing a problem with shortage of time. Let me explain the matter more thoroughly. At the beginning of the academic year I tried to arrange my courses in a way that I would have been done with most of the theoretical part of my study before next semester, to spend maximum of my time on my final project. Yet, recently, I was offered a part time job of an assistant to digital marketing specialist in a local company. I accepted the offer, as it is a great opportunity to practice the knowledge gained during these years of study at the University. Besides, the salary will be a great support to cover my staying expanses, as now I am dependent on my parents on this issue. Unfortunately, alongside with the benefits, the work has brought some difficulties with my lessons, as there is less time left for some courses. Please, let me withdraw from the Methods of Surveys in Marketing and the Statistics with the opportunity to take them up in next academic year. In addition, I would like to find out if there is a possibility of refund for these courses. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon. Yours sincerely, Ashley Carlson.
