Dear Sir I Payal Agnihotri, resident of Amritsar writing this letter to express my concern regarding the problem I have faced from your public transportation services at Patel chowk Amritsar. Let me explain the complete situation of the day. I needed to get a bus from the station at 9 am as I had an job interview at IT park at 10: 30 Am so I reached at bus stand at 8: 45 Am but bus came at 9: 30 Am. Furthermore, the driver stopped the bus on the roadside for smoking and some drinking. I went near to him along with two more travelers to request for driving fast so that we can reach to our destinations. In spite of apologizing to us, he started arguing with all passengers and started pushing us. I was Devastated because unfortunately I missed the opportunity to appear on an interview due to all this incident. I got able to arrange that interview after backbreaking work of two months and sadly all gone in vain. It would be appreciable if you will take strict action against the bus driver so that he could not behave like this with anyone in future. If no action is taken by you then I will be left with no option than taking this matter to higher authorities. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours Sincerely Payal Agnihotri
