Dear Mr. Thomas,
I regret to inform you that the OPPO A15 phone that I purchased from your store last day is now showing some system errors. Phone was working fine till yesterday noon and after that it got switched off automatically.
After I charged the phone, the screen was showing green color. I kept the phone as it is for a few minutes and later on some programming languages are being showed. I have been calling you since yesterday but you were not available. The customer service informed me to raise a complaint through their website. Unfortunately, the site cannot be reached since it is under maintenance. This has forced me into a very difficult situation.
I have kept all the warranty papers and the invoice for the mobile phone. Please let me know what I can do about it. I prefer the phone to be replaced since it is software complaint and these problems might arise in the near future. Please do the needful.
