Dear Mr Gregory, Thank you for ensuring that I moved into my apartment on the Proposed date. However, I am writing to inform you that I am experiencing a lot of issues in this apartment and I am really dissatisfied with your services. The first issue is that all the light switches are not functioning. I am presently relying on my rechargeable lamps to study at night and it is really affecting my sights. Another issue is that the plumbing system of this apartment is really bad. Whenever, I use the bathroom the water does not flow out as it should. I have to scoop the water from the bathtub and pour it outside and occupants of other apartments are complaining of the offensive smell of the water. Also, I am unable to flush the toilet.
