Dear sir, I am Navpreet kaur and I have booked a business trip from Delhi to canada for 1st November 2021. I am writing this letter to you to reschedule my flight tickets for 1st December instead of previous month. My flight number is 0754 and seat no. Is BS43. I can not fly on that day due to unforseen family circumstances. My mother has suffered from stroke and is hospitalised around one month. To add on, I also cancel my visit also. Undoubtedly, I am a frequent traveller of your flight. Moreover I really like your services. It would be your kind consideration if you will rearrange my booking. As according to terms and conditions, I inform your airline 15 days prior. So, you can book it accordingly. If the seats will not available for the same, kindly reimburse my full payment as I totally deserves it.
