Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about a couple of things which are wrong with the item I purchased from your furniture store at no 3 Jame Street.
Last week, November 7, 2021, I bought a detachable wardrobe from your company at the rate of #200, 000, and the payment was made through bank transfer. I will attach a copy of the receipt with this letter as an evidence of payment.
However, when I received the wardrobe yesterday, I noticed that the size what significantly smaller than what I ordered for. As you nah recall, while I was making the order, I requested for a 72 by 24 size wardrobe with a chamber for shoes. Unfortunately, what I got delivery of was 50 by 24.
Given that this may be an error from your sales department, therefore, I would suggest for the exact size which I placed order for be sent to me in lieu for the one I am in possession of. I am open to paying the transportation and other associated costs.
I hope you would consider my suggestion, and I will be grateful if I could your response in relation to that at your earliest convenience.
Yours faithfully,
James Bridget.
