you attended an intensive Spanish course but you were dissatisfied with it

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing to complain about the language course in Spanish I attended in the summer holiday. Firstly, I would like to take advantage of the occasion to express my disappointment with the accommodation provided for the participants. I cannot define the family I stayed with as a suitable one. Not only did they often make noise, but they also treated me rudely. Moreover, this accommodation was uncomfortable and lack of facilities. Furthermore, the course was advertised that students would be taught by reliable, experienced tutors. However, the teacher just gave us lots of material then left the class and talked to others. Besides, I realized that their accent was not excellent in order to be a tutor. Finally, despite the fact that I was told about a trip to city museum. I was looking forward to a tour to be able to see Spain. Nevertheless, when I was about to depart, you were informed that the trip had been postponed without a refund. In these circumstances, I demand that you refund my money immediately. And I hope you will give this matter your attention and consider accommodating your participants in a better-quality course.
