Dear Vijay, I am writing to apologize for postponing my visit to Canada which was planned on 20th April. Unfortunately, I am unable to travel to Canada because I am celebrating my brother’s birthday which was on the same day I was prepared to come. As you know very well, my brother is the only person I take care of he is very gentle and kind person who supports me a lot. So, me and my parents are planning to give him a sudden surprise on his special day. I must be present on this occasion at any cost.
