Dear Rahul, I am writing you to request time off from work. Since past few days I have been having shoulders pain issues. Let me explain to you in details it all started a week ago when I lifted the heavy box of clear out confectionary items. I really thought it was very minor at that time, but it have been getting worst and worst. So I am requesting if you please give me leave off about 1 week.
