Dear Tejpal, I am writing you today to apologise for nusiance caused from our flat. Generally, you never get any complains from our side, and we always try be a good neighbour. Actually, we had to conduct some emergency work at our place overnight. Let me expain to you in more details, In the past week on tuesday night there was a sewage water overflow in our flat. As this incidence came to our notice, we quickly started clean up overnight and had to use some tools to stop the main pipeline. We were able to stop more water flowing in and save any further damages to the property. Eventually, we did find out the reason for such a sudden overflow, The management was informed about the incidence. I once again would duly like to aplogise to you for noise coming out from our apartment. It was unexpected and uncertain. thanking you
