Dear Sir or Madam, I hope you are doing well during this unfortunate pandemic time. I am a computer engineering student, and I am staying in the student dormitories area, block B, room 210 along with my roommate Jack. Although he is very kind overall, sometimes, a number of his friends pay a visit, and this ends up being quite loud, which disrupt me from focusing on my studies. In addition to being loud they bring their snacks along or order them online from variousweb pages and afterwards leave the leftovers on the tables. In short, my flatmate's friends are loud and unhygienic and that prevents me from focusing on my study materials and after they leave we lose time by cleaning themess left behind. I would like to suggest a special room where dormitory residents can meet their friends and spend time together and avoid people from inviting visitors in their own rooms. This being said, I would really appreciate, if you could arrange a private room for me to move in during the semester break. I am looking forward to your response. Have a very good day, Thank you, Can Telkenaroglu
