Dear Mr Smith, The purpose of this letter is to ask for two days off in order to fully complete my qualification. As you know, I am currantly studing online towards my certificate in Digital Marketing. I have my final exam at the end of next week and I need two extra days for preparation. Therefore, I would really appreciate if you could let me take following Thursday and Friday off work. Since, my examination is on Saturday, I plan to finish the report I owe you on Sunday and hand it over Monday morning as planned. If I pass this exam I will recieve my certificate in the field of Digital Marketing, which will allow me to participate in high profile marketing events which are great for networking. Therefore, I would be able to bring more talent to the company to expand our team, that will increase the quality of marketing campaigns and as the result our bottom line.
