Dear Employees,
Thank you for your continuous support and hard work for NABH virtual audit. I firmly believe that all of you think first for patient safety and quality of care. This is to inform you that there are total 3 Queries raised in NABH committee’s meeting. From which one is about 24*7 pediatric services, which is “The hospital is required to submit declaration how they ensure round the clock medical coverage in all patient care areas by registered medical practitioners. ”
• For this purpose all doctors are requested to inform HR department at least before 3 days for leave. It is compulsory to have your leave application, Leaves without application can attract action, Being absent from work without any prior information will lead to deduction in pay for that day. In case of emergency situation, reason in writing has to be presented to the HR Department at the earliest. Hence the management can arrange the duty on behalf of leave.
• This is applicable for all Full time consultants as well as RMOs.
