Dear Sir, I am Megha Joshi and I had stayed in Holiday Inn at Ahmedabad on 22nd and 23rd February 2021. During my visit in summer, the temperature was already at its peak and the air-conditioning system was defective. The air-conditioner had 26 degrees set in the system and temperature of the room could not be lowered any further. I had also called up the reception, however, they said nothing could be done about it. There was no extra room where I could switch. I had to look for another hotel in the area to rest comfortably, unfortunately, was not able to find one because of the peak season. So, the fan had to be kept on full speed due to the heat, even though it does not suit me. I would like you to refund at least 50 percent of the accommodation fee which was paid since I did not enjoy the stay. It would be great if it could be done within 5 working days.
