Dear Mr. Thompson, I am Tom Ollivere, living in park apartments. My apartment number is 15. I am writing in reference to the apartment where I am currently residing. As per my contract, I am supposed to stay there for 1 year but because of sudden emergency, I cannot stay for last two months. I am having a pleasurable experience here. Neighbours and surroundings are very pleasant. Perhaps it would be really helpful, if you can allow me to leave that flat two months early. I am really sorry for my conduct. I know it is not a professional trait to breach the contract but my cousin just came from overseas. He is all alone in this new country. That is the reason I have to move with him to guide him and to give him moral support. Please let me know, if I can compensate in anyway and do reply at your earliest convenience.
