DEAR SIR, MY REASON FOR WRITING TO YOU IS THAT WE ARE BEING INFORMED THAT WE COULD NOT GATHER IN THE COMMUNITY HALL FOR PRACTICE ON TUESDAY AND FRIDAY EVENINGS. WE ARE A GROUP OF AMATEUR MUSICIANS REGULARLY PRACTISE IN THE COMMUNITY HALL FOR THE LAST ONE AND HALF YEAR. WE PERFORM FOLK SONGS AND COUNTRY SONGS ON VARIOUS SOCIAL OCCASSIONS VOLANTARILY. AT PRESENT OUR GROUP CONSISTS OF 18 PEOPLE FROM DIFFERENT AGE GROUP AND PROFESSION. WE TRY TO ATTRACT TALENTS FROM VARIETY SEGMENTS OF THE SOCIETY. AND ALSO PERFORM SOCIAL WELFARE PROGRAMS ON A REUGLAR BASIS INCLUDING SPORTING EVENTS, CULTURAL EVENTS AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. WE BELIEVE ATTACHING YOUTHS AMONG THESE EVENTS DETER THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES THAT ARE MORALLY WRONG AND NOT GOOD FOR THE COMMUNITY. I HAVE TALKED TO THE GROUP MEMBERS AND WE HAVE DISCUSSED OTHER ALTERNATIVE DAYS AND TIMES FOR PRACTISE IF YOU ALLOW US. WE WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF YOU ALLOW US TO PRACTICE ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MORNINGS. I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM YOU. YOURS FAITHFULLY.
